Mairübchen-Salat

500 g Mairüben

1 Paprika

250 g Saure Sahne

1 Bund Schnittlauch

Salz & Pfeffer


Mairübchen dünn abschälen, in feine Scheiben hobeln und in eine Schüssel geben. Die Paprika in kleine Würfel schneiden und zu den Rübchen geben. Nun Saure Sahne mit Salz, Pfeffer und Paprika würzen. Schnittlauch fein schneiden und mit der Salatsauce unter die Rübchen mischen.
